Where it is stored
Requests are stored in the Tourvero CRM and the sales team’s working Telegram chat, for as long as needed for our conversation and no longer than 3 years.

Data is processed under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”. Data of citizens of Uzbekistan is stored on servers in Uzbekistan.
Georgia
Data is processed under the Law of Georgia “On Personal Data Protection”. You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data.
Serbia
Data is processed under the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (ZZPL). You may lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
